Apparel Minimum Quantities:

• 1 color design, 1 placement - minimum of 12

• 1 color design, 2 placements - minimum of 20

• 2 colors design and up, 1 placement - minimum of 25

• 2 colors design and up, 2 placements and up - minimum of 30


Workflow:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the mock-up design for spelling, design and placements.

• Once the customer approves the mock-ups, no refunds or discounts will be given for misspells, wrong placement or wrong design, unless it is not what the customer previously approved.

• Any changes made to a mock-up once approved will require an additional fee no less than $25.

• When the notification of “blank items” (e.g. shirts, hats, mugs, etc) have been ordered is sent and the customer decides to cancel the order, KreativeMark LLC will keep no less than 50% of the amount collected.

• When the notification of “blank items” (e.g. shirts, hats, mugs, etc) been ordered is sent and the customer desires to order additional items. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost.
